皮肤局灶性黏蛋白病 被引量：2

摘要 报告1例表现罕见的斑块型皮肤局灶性黏蛋白病。患者男,70岁。右手背斑块2年余,无不适感,无甲状腺功能异常。皮损组织病理显示真皮内胶原束间隔增宽,其间大量无定形物质沉积,经阿新蓝染色证实沉积物为黏蛋白。 A case of cutaneous focal mucinosis is reported. A 70-year-old male patient presented with a 2-year history of a solitary, asymptomatic plaque on the back of right hand. No dysfunction of thyroid was found. Histopathologic examination and alcian blue staining showed a loose dermal stroma containing a large quantity of mucinous deposits.
