单纯性汗腺棘皮瘤

A case of hidroacanthoma simplex

报告1例单纯性汗腺棘皮瘤。患者女,48岁。因右股后侧淡粉色斑块10余年就诊。患者10余年前右股后侧出现一淡粉色甲盖大的斑块,缓慢增大。皮损组织病理检查示表皮内境界清楚的肿瘤团块,细胞类似汗孔样细胞。诊断:单纯性汗腺棘皮瘤。

A 49-year-old female patient was described with more than 10-year history of plaque on her right post-thigh. A pink plaque was initially seen about 10 years ago, and then enlarged slowly. Sections of the affected skin showed well defined nests of cells within the epidermis, and these cells were closely similar to poroid cells. The diagnosis was hidroacanthoma simplex.
