冠状静脉窦间隔缺损的超声诊断

Coronary sinus septal defects diagnosed by echocardiography

目的分析冠状静脉窦间隔缺损(coronary sinus septal defect,CSSD)的超声特征,提高超声诊断CSSD的准确性。方法收集外科手术治疗的10例CSSD患者资料,分析其临床特征及超声表现结果。10例CSSD患者术前均行经胸超声心动图检查(TTE),其中5例行经食道超声心动图(TEE)检查,2例行实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)检查。结果2例患者为Ⅰ型CSSD,2例患者为Ⅱ型CSSD,6例患者为Ⅲ型CSSD。结论TTE结合TEE和RT-3DE检查,有助于确诊CSSD,帮助临床选择治疗方案和评估预后,可作为CSSD的首选检查手段。

Objective To analyze echocardiographic features in patients with coronary sinus septal defect （CSSD）, and improve the diagnose confidence of echocardiography. Methods The clinical data of 1.0 patients with CSSD which proved by surgery are collected, their echocardiography findings were retrospectively analyzed. Results All of them were diagnosed by transthroacic echocardiography（TTE）, 5 cases were checked by transesophageal echocardiography （TEE）, 2 cases were checked by RT-3DE. Conclusions TTE combined with TEE and RT-3DE can improve the accurate rate of diagnose of CSSD.
