摘要 目的探讨实时三维超声成像技术(X4矩阵探头)引导穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿的临床应用价值。方法对102例患者采用超声引导穿刺方法,对囊肿治疗术前、术中及术后进行二维和三维超声图像对比观察。结果102例患者穿刺抽液和治疗顺利,成功率100%,治愈率85%,窄角实时三维成像技术对囊内细小分隔,后壁分隔及囊壁增厚,具有很好的鉴别诊断价值。结论实时三维成像技术(X4矩阵探头)引导下穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿,具有信息量大,立体感强,多平面显示囊内微细结构及周围脏器的空间位置关系,可提高卵巢囊肿治疗成功率,具有临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of the 3-D live heart imaging technique in guiding the puncture of ovariocyst in treatment. Method 102 patients were punctured guided by common ultrasonic technique. They were examined by 2-D and 3-D ultrasonic technique before, during and after operation, respectively. Their images were compared in detail. Result 102 cases were punctured and their content were easily drawn out with successful rate of 100% and cure rate of 85%. Conclusion Puncture guided by 3-D live heart imaging technique can supply a greater amount of information, including a multiplane display of the microeonstruction of the cyst and its relation to the neighboring organs, which can obviously increase the cure rate of variocyst.
