摘要
目的探讨动态脉压与颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)的相关性。方法将135例老年高血压患者依据动态脉压水平分组:Ⅰ组,动态脉压≤4O mmHg,Ⅱ组,40mmHg<动态脉压≤60 mmHg,Ⅲ组,60mmHg<动态脉压≤80 mm-Hg,Ⅳ组,动态脉压>80 mmHg;对入选者进行颈动脉超声检查和血液学检查。结果4组老年原发性高血压患者的IMT随动态脉压的增加明显增加;动态脉压与IMT的相关性最好。结论脉压可能参与动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展。
Objective To evaluate the relation of ambulatory pulse pressure (APP) to intima-media thickness (IMT) of carotid artery. Methods 135 patients with hypertension were divided into four groups by APP, including I group (APP.40 mmHg), II group (40mmHg〈APP≤60 mmHg),III group (60mmHg〈APP〈80 mmHg) and IV group (APP.80 mmHg). Carotid ultrasonography and hematologic examination were performed. Results IMT were significantly increased like APP. APP was one of the best parameters related to IMT. Conclusion Pulse pressure may be involved in forming and developing of atherosclerosis.
