子宫次全切除术后宫颈残端肌瘤的临床特点及手术治疗

Clinical analysis of 14 patients with cervical stump myoma after subtotal hysterectomy

目的探讨子宫次全切除术后宫颈残端肌瘤的临床特点及其手术方式。方法对14例宫颈残端平滑肌瘤行宫颈残端及肌瘤切除术治疗。结果14例患者均手术顺利,术中未出现并发症。结论行子宫次全切除术时应仔细检查宫颈残端,子宫次全切除术后如出现腹胀、尿频、肛门坠胀、阴道分泌物增多等症状,应想到可能有宫颈残端疾病发生,处理残端肌瘤时术中应注意出血及副损伤。

Objective To investigate the clinical character, diagnose and treatment of cervical stump myoma. Method 14 cases with cervical stump myoma were retrospectively analyzed. 14 cases were treated with myomectomy. Results 14 cases were successfully without complications during operation. Conclusions Cervical stump should be double-checked before subtotal hysterectomy. Once the patients with the symptoms such as bloating, frequent urination, analdropping and excessive vaginal discharge, the cervical stump diseas should be considered. During the removal of cervical stump myoma, prevention of bleeding and injury should be focused on.
