压疮的监控管理及预防对策

Monitoring analysis and prevention strategies for bedsore in general hospital

目的提高压疮的防治率,最大限度降低难免压疮的发生率。方法制定压疮监控管理防范制度及预防措施,综合应用Braden Scale、Norton Scale、Waterlow Scale三种评分表,结合实际制定压疮易患病人相关因素评估表,实施压疮登记预报制度及申报制度。结果提高了预防压疮的护理能力和意识及院外带入压疮的治愈率,降低了难免压疮的发生率。结论预见性地进行有效的健康教育,加强过程管理,保证护理措施的落实,是防治压疮的关键和有效手段。

Objective To promote the rates of prevention and treatment for bedsore, and decrease the rate of unavoidable bedsore by the greatest degree. Methods The monitoring management systems and prevention strategies for bedsore were established. The related factors assessment forms for bedsore susceptible patients were made by comprehensive application of three scales, Braden Scale, Norton Scale, Waterlow Scale, and the actual conditions. A system of reg- istration, prior notification and report for bedsore was instituted. Results Nursing ability and sense for bedsore prevention and the cure rate of bedsore occurring before admission promoted, the rate of unavoidable bedsore decreased. Conclusion Carrying out effective health education predictably, strengthening process management and assuring nursing care are most effective for bedsore prevention and treatment.
