摘要 介绍了X射线衍射测试残余应力的原理和测试技术,采用X射线衍射方法对大型焊接结构组装态、焊态、去应力热处理态的残余应力进行了测试,分析了组装工艺、焊接工艺等对残余应力分布的影响,为大型焊接结构组装和焊接工艺的合理制定提供支持。 The principle and practical technique of X-ray diffraction(XRD) used to measure the residual stress were presented.The XRD technique was used in the measurement of welded structures at pre-assembly,as welded and post welding heat treatment(PWHT) states.The influence of procedures of assembly and welding on the distribution of residual stress were analyzed.Consequently,the suggestions on the welding procedure specification(WPS) were proposed.
