热输入对5A06铝合金激光填丝穿透焊的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在1.2 mm厚5A06铝合金YAG激光填丝焊工艺试验的基础上,研究了热输入对激光填丝穿透焊焊缝成形的影响,进一步分析了典型接头的组织性能。结果表明,激光填丝穿透焊接头呈现为U形截面,且热输入被限定在一定狭长区域内。随着热输入的降低,激光填丝穿透焊接头组织更加细小,接头显微硬度提高,致使接头强度虽略有降低,但韧性却得以大幅度改善。 Based on the laser welding experiments of aluminum alloy 5A06 with 1.2 mm thickness with filling wire,the effect of heat input on formation of full penetration weld bead had been investigated,and the microstructure and properties of the typical joints had also been studied. The results indicate that the cross-section of full penetration joints by laser welding with filling wire is presented by'U'shape,and the range of the optimized heat input is limited by a slit zone.With the heat input decreasing,the microstructure of full penetration joint by laser welding with filling wire will fine and the microhardness will become high,which causes the joint' s toughness increases obviously but the joint's strength decreases slightly.
