本文从科技统计的角度阐述了科研院所进入市场经济后，在日常设计活动中，如何加强科研开发，促进设计进步、推广普及计算机应用和建立一支稳定的科研队伍，从而尽快使我院完成国有企业的改革，形成现代化企业模式。

Based on the statistics the article analyses the status of scientific activities in SDARI. The author indicates that the research work must be strengthened, a stable group of research personnel must be set up and computer application should be popularized so that the national enterprise can realize its modernizition
