摘要
根据在地震载荷作用下大型岸边集装箱起重机出现的损坏形式,以我国第一台带有抗地震装置的岸边集装箱起重机为对象,进行地震载荷时程动力响应分析,得出在不同工况以及抗震装置开启与否等多种状态下的轮压响应;同时通过地震台实验数据验证了抗震装置的效果。为今后更多的大型港口设备的抗震设计、计算和分析提供了一个新的思路。
Based on damage format of container crane on the earthquake, taken the first container crane with Earthquake Resistant device as model, the wheel loads response on different conditions (including the device being on or off) with Earthquake Time response analysis of ANSYS are obtained. At last, we also validate the analysis and result thought the Earthquake table test. Our calculation and analysis provide a new way for the large-scale port machine earthquake resistant design.
