摘要
综述我国及全球海平面变化情况,论述海平面变化和地面沉降对港口建设的影响,对港口设计提出了建议。
The sea plane changes of our country and globe are described in the paper and the emphases are put on the sea plane changes and ground settlement. The proposal for the port design are also raised in it.
