不同糖代谢阶段血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的相关性

摘要 大血管病变是2型糖尿病(T2DM)最常见的并发症,也是T2DM的主要致死原因,其基本的病理变化是动脉粥样硬化(AS)。颈动脉内膜中层厚度(LMT)作为反映AS的客观指标已得到公认^[1,2]。基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)是MMPs家族中的重要成员,与AS和血管重建关系最为密切^[3,4]。
