摘要 随着超声、螺旋CT和磁共振血管成像等无创技术的发展及对肾动脉狭窄（renal artery stenosis，RAS）认识的提高，临床上RAS患者的检出越来越多。本文就RAS的诊断和治疗进展作一综述。流行病学 RAS是继发性高血压最常见的病因之一。在年龄〈40岁的人群中RAS常见的病因是肌纤维发育不良（fibromuscular dysplasia）和多发性大动脉炎，
