中国铁路数据通信网综合管理系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Compositive Management System for CRPAC

介绍了一个中国铁路数据通信网管理信息系统（ＣＲＰＡＣ－ＭＩＳ），该系统在综合利用计算机网络的客户机／服务器方式、数据库与地理信息系统等多项先进技术的基础上，模拟了铁道部数据网的建设、管理和维护过程中的各个环节，为铁道部、路局、分局与站段的管理维护中心提供了一个地图式管理维护工具。文章介绍了该系统的总体结构和主要技术特点，并对系统实现中的若干技术问题加以讨论。实际应用证明，ＣＲＰＡＣ－ＭＩＳ具有可靠性高、实用性好和易于操作与维护的特点，其应用可大大提高全路数据网的管理维护水平。

This paper presents a MIS of China Railway Data Switching Network (CRPAC MIS). It simulates all the processes of construction ,management and maintenance for the Railway Data Network on the basis of applying several new technology such as Client/Server mode,database and GIS.The CRPAC MIS provides an effective tool for all level departments in railway. Firstly, the paper introduces the CRPAC MIS's construction and features, and then several key technology problems are discussed. In fact,the CRPAC MIS has high reliability and easy to be used. The management level for the Railway Data Network in China would be enhanced by using the CRPAC MIS.
