重组人骨形态发生蛋白-7对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨重组人骨形态发生蛋白-7(rhBMP-7)对大鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法采用线栓法建立局灶脑缺血再灌注模型,随机分为对照组(C组)、缺血再灌注组(I组)和rhBMP-7处理组(B组),B组于再灌注开始前30min给予rhBMP-7250μg/kg尾静脉注射,C组和I组给予等量生理盐水。于血流再灌注后24h行神经功能缺陷评分后取脑,行脑含水量和梗死体积测定,计算脑梗死体积比,并电镜下观察脑超微结构变化。结果B组大鼠脑局灶性缺血再灌注24h后,神经功能缺陷评分明显下降,脑含水量和梗死体积比明显低于I组(P<0.01)。神经细胞的坏死程度也明显轻于I组。结论rhBMP-7缩小梗死体积,减轻脑水肿,对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
