摘要 目的:微波消融对肝肿瘤的治疗已获得令人满意的临床疗效。文中探讨离体猪肺组织中在不同微波功率作用下的温升规律,为肺肿瘤的微波消融治疗提供一定实验基础。方法:采用水循环内冷式硬质微波天线,微波频率为2 450mHz,用不同微波功率对离体猪肺消融15m in,并用热电偶测温系统实时记录预定测温点的温度曲线。结果:共进行56次消融实验。每次测温4点(r=5、10、15、20mm),共得到224个点次的实际测温数据。升温曲线的形态特点表现为升温曲线均在较短的时间内达高峰,随即进入"平台"期;微波辐射停止后,曲线迅速下降。离原点位置越近和(或)微波功率越高表现越明显。结论:离体肺组织升温曲线特点与肝组织有所不同。 Objective: Microwave ablation has a satisfactory clinical efficacy for hepatic carcinoma. The purpose of this study is to investigate the regularity of microwave ablation - induced temperature rising in porcine lungs in vitro, which is hoped to provide an experimental basis for the treatment of pulmonary carcinoma. Methods: The rigid microwave antenna with internally cooled water was directly implanted into the porcine lungs in vitro, with a microwave frequency of 2450 MHz. Different irradiation power outputs were used for 15 minutes and the temperature curves of the selected spots were simultaneously recorded by the iron-constantan couple temperature-measuring system. Results: Fifty-six experiments were accomplished, with the temperature curves of 224 spots recorded, 4 spots (r = 5, 10, 15 and 20 mm) in each experiment. The temperature at each spot reached the peak in a short time, then became steady, and began to fall rapidly when the microwave ablation was stopped. The changes of the curves were more obvious when the spot was nearer to the original point and/or when the power was higher. Conclusion: The characteristics of the temperature curve of the lungs in vitro are different from those of the liver.
