摘要 Th17细胞在多种免疫相关疾病的发病机制中起重要作用,如银屑病、类风湿关节炎、多发性硬化、炎性肠病和支气管哮喘等。研究Th17细胞的生物学特性为了解这些疾病的病因并探讨新的治疗方向提供了新的思路。文中介绍Th17细胞的分化调节、细胞因子分泌和迁移特点。 Th17 cells play an important role in the pathogenesis of various immune-mediated diseases, including psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, asthma, and so on. The discovery of Th17 cells has offered scientists a new insight into the etiology and treatment of a broad spectrum of diseases. This article presents an overview of the differentiation, cytokine expression and trafficking of Th17 cells.
