摘要 近年来,烟曲霉成为引起免疫力低下患者高病死率的一种条件性致病真菌,其已引起重视。巨噬细胞是机体固有免疫的主要成分,在抗烟曲霉感染中发挥着重要作用。文中就巨噬细胞在烟曲霉感染中的特点作一综述。 Aspergillus fumigatus, as an opportunistic pathogenic fungus that causes high morbidity and mortality among immunocompromised patients, has aroused wide attention. As a major component of the innate immune system, macrophages play a pivotal role in resisting Aspergillus fungal infection. This review focuses on the contributions of macrophages in Aspergillus fungal infection.
