基于概念的体能教育课程的设计

摘要 作为体育课程的一个特殊取向,基于概念的体能教育对应于体育课程标准,旨在改变学生从依赖外在教学和动机的状态向独立的内在激励和决策状态的转变,强调使学生从依靠教师转向依靠自己做出决定和参与活动的重要性。如何设计这样的课程?本文主要从与体能有关的概念和主题的选择、课程的组织、体能教育课程中学生的学业评价等几个方面来讨论基于概念的体能教育课程的设计。
