摘要
建立了大型载货汽车后下部防护装置有限元模型,依据GB11567.2-2001的相关要求和试验程序,对建立的模型进行了静态和动态条件下的计算机仿真。通过对多个方案的仿真结果对比分析,获得具有防钻入碰撞和缓冲吸能作用的防护装置设计方案,对提高货车的被动安全性具有重要的意义。
The FEM model of rear defend device of a heavy-duty truck is founded and the computer simulation is done in static and dynamic condition in accordance with GB11567.2-2001. By comparing the simulation results of several projects, the rear defend device with avoiding inserting under truck and with energy absorption characteristics is given, which has significance for improvement of passive safety on truck.
