海南广藿香油水蒸气蒸馏最佳工艺筛选研究

Optimization of extraction process of Pogostemon cablin essential oil by water vapor distillation

目的:研究海南广藿香油水蒸气蒸馏提取工艺,优选最佳工艺。方法:以正交试验优化提取条件,以挥发油含量为指标,考察药材粉碎度、加水量、提取时间和浸泡时间。结果:最佳提取工艺为过20目筛的广藿香粉,浸泡时间1h、提取6h、加10倍量水,广藿香挥发油提取率为2.3%。结论:筛选得到的广藿香挥发油提取工艺稳定有效。

Objective：To study the optimal extration process of Pogostemon cablin essential oil by water vapor distillation. Method： With orthogonal test as design method and volatile oil as index,explored the grinding degree,amount of water,extraction time and immersion time. Result： The optimal condition was as following： sift 20 mesh sieve,1h for immersion,6h for extraction,and 10∶ 1 for water∶ powder. Extration rate of Pogostemon cablin essential oil was 2.3%.Conclusion： The optimized process is stable and efficient.
