逆行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗马蹄肾结石48例

Retrograde ureteroscopy guided holmium laser lithotripsy for 48 cases of calculi in horseshoe kidney

目的:评价输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗马蹄肾结石的安全性和有效性。方法:回顾性分析48例逆行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗马蹄肾结石的临床资料。结果:手术时间50～120min,平均72min。结石1期清除率为75%(36/48),术中无附加外科手术干预,无手术后并发症。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术是治疗处理马蹄肾结石可供选择的治疗方法,是安全、有效的,关键是选择适合的病例。

Objective：To assess the safety and efficacy of retrograde ureteroscopy guided holmium laser lithotripsy for calculi in horseshoe kidney. Methods： Forty eight cases of calculi in horseshoe kidney that underwent retrograde ureteroscopy guided holmium laser lithotripsy were retrospective analyzed. Results： The surgery duration ranged from 50 min to 120 min,with an average of 72 min. The calculi clearance rate was 75% （36/48） after stage-one treatment,No additional surgical intervention was applied and no post-operative complications were observed. Conclusion： Retrograde ureteroscopy guided holmium laser lithotripsy is a safe and effective treatment for calculi in horseshoe kidney and selecting appropriate case is the key factor to success.
