摘要
目的:探讨食管癌切除术后胸腔胃排空障碍的原因、诊断、治疗及预防。方法:对56例食管癌术后并发胃排空障碍患者采用药物和胃镜下置营养管行肠内营养。结果:56例均得明确诊断,全部治愈。结论:胃肠造影和胃镜检查可明确诊断食管癌术后胃排空障碍,使用非手术的保守治疗可获得治愈。
Objective：To explore the cause,diagnosis and treatment of delayed gastric emptying after esophagogastrostomy. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed 56 esophageal carcinoma cases with delayed gastric emptying after esophagogastrostomy. Results： 56 cases were in cure. Conclusion： Gastroenterography and gastroscope is helpful in diagnosing delayed gastric emptying after esophagogastrostomy,which can be treated by conservative treatment.
