眼烧伤147例临床分析

Clinic ananlysis of 147 cases with eye burns

目的:探讨眼烧伤的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析1995～2008年收治的147例眼烧伤患者的临床资料。结果:治愈142例,治愈率为96.6%。非手术治疗136例,手术治疗11例,手术率为7.5%。重度烧伤出现并发症8例,其中角膜白斑6例,眼睑外翻2例,无死亡患者。结论:及时而充分的现场冲洗,综合救治,掌握时机使用适当的皮质激素,对挽救视机能、减少合并症和后遗症十分重要。

Objective：To explore the clinic character and treatment of eye burns. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed clinic data of 147 patients with eye burns from 1995~2008. Results： 142 cases were in cure,with cure rate as 96.6%. 136 cases received non surgery therapy,and 11 cases had surgery with operative rate as 7.5%. 8 cases had severe burn with complication including 6 cases with leucoma,2 cases with eyelid ectropion,and no case was dead. Conclusion： Washing on the spot promptly, and applying adrenal cortex hormone appropriately are helpful in saving vision function, and declining occurrence of complication and sequela.
