摘要
冲量耦合系数是激光微推进的重要参数,反映激光能量转化为动量的能力。提出了扭摆干涉仪测微冲量的原理以及测量方法,解决了难于精确测量10^-7 - 10^-5N.s的微冲量的问题,以掺碳的聚氯乙烯为靶材,测得了它在激光微烧蚀下的最高冲量耦合系数将近70μN/W。为激光微推进冲量耦合系数的计算提供了工程测量和计算方法。
Impulse coupling coefficient is an important parameter,which represents the capability of laser energy transforming kinetic energy.The principle of micro-impulse measurement using torsion pendulum with laser interferometry is presented in this paper,providing a feasible method in the accurate measurement of micro-impulse ranging from 10^-7 to 10^-5 N·s.The impulse coupling coefficient of PVC(polyvinyl chloride) doped with carbon is tested in this method,obtaining results nearly 70 μN/W.An efficient way in measuring the impulse coupling coefficient is offered.
