摘要
首先提出适用于客户关系管理CRM(Customer Relationship Management)系统业务流程的PI演算的建模方法,对业务流程建模热点问题进行研究,解决了CRM系统建模中的数据冲突问题并用一个例子来说明建模的过程,然后对文中所建模型进行完整的验证。这样将大大降低软件的开发风险,优化系统的业务流程。
In this paper it is the first time to present a modelling method for PI calculus (-n-Calculus) adapted to the business process of CRM(Customer Relationship Management) system,and the hot issue on business process modelling is studied as well. Furthermore,data conflicts problem in CRM system modelling is solved, and an example is given to demonstrate the modelling procedure. Finally, we provide an integral verification on the constructed model as presented in the paper. This method will greatly reduce the risk in software development and optimise the system business process.
