摘要
医疗信息集成是当前医疗信息化过程中研究的热点。新的医疗技术带来方便的同时也带来了大量异构医疗信息系统的存在,致使不能在不同的应用系统、不同的医疗机构间进行有效的通信,给医疗信息集成带来了极大的挑战。提出了一种通用信息集成接口UHIC,应用到基于Web服务的医疗信息集成平台HIIP下,专门解决异构系统的集成问题,实现了真正意义上的异构系统间的有效整合。
The researeh of health information integration is one of the hot topics in health informatization process. Plenty of heterogeneous systems exist together with the new medical techniques which bring the ease but the former lead to new problems, that is the communication among different application systems and medical organizations are not efficient. This becomes a challenge on health information integration, This paper presents a universal health-information integration component UHIC for specifically solving the problem of heterogeneous system integration and it is applied to the Web services-based health integration platform HIIP, which achieves real effective integration among heterogeneous systems.
