摘要
当前,我国高等教育中存在的"重教轻学"问题制约了学生的全面发展,违背了高等教育的内在规律,与素质教育、创新教育以及其它在高等教育教学改革实践中形成的新思想、新观念不相符合。只有通过深化教育教学改革,积极探索实施"以学生为本"的素质教育、创新教育和主体性教育,才能实现高等教育教学重心的转移。
At present,the phenomenon of "emphasizing teaching while underestimating learning" in higher education has restricted the learners’ healthy and all-round development.It also runs counter to the inner laws of higher education,and does not accord with quality-oriented education,innovative education and other new ideologies in teaching reform of higher education.Therefore,the present paper holds that only by furthering teaching reform and actively practicing quality-oriented and innovative education can the shift of the focus of teaching and learning in higher education be brought about.
