摘要
采用微稀释液体培养法和鲁米诺-过氧化氢-钴盐(Ⅱ)/EDTA流动注射化学发光的方法,对3种黄酮类化合物芹菜素(1)、Kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(2)和Bigarcinenone A(3)进行了抗菌和清除羟基自由基活性的测定.结果表明,这3种黄酮类化合物对5种菌株:金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、胶质芽孢杆菌、白色念珠球菌和热带念珠球菌均有较好的抑制作用;并且它们对羟基自由基有良好的清除效果.其中化合物1的抗氧化活性最高,化合物2,3的抗微生物活性最高.
Using the microdilution broth method and luminol-HeOe-Co( Ⅱ )/EDTA flow injection chemiluminescence determination, antibacterial and · OH radical-scavenging activities of three flavonoids were evaluated. The results showed that the three flavonoids had a good inhibitory effect against five strains: Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis , Bacillus mucilaginosus , Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis. They also showed medium · OH radical-scavenging activity. Among three compounds, compound 1 (Apigenin) was the most active in antioxidant activities and 2(Kaempferol-a-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside) ,3(Bigarcinenone A) were the most active in antimicrobial activities.
