酒精对部分睡眠剥夺小鼠血细胞参数的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用多平台法部分剥夺小鼠睡眠,在此基础上给予酒精灌胃,观察上述处理对动物血常规参数和血沉的影响.结果显示:睡眠剥夺使小鼠血液白细胞、淋巴细胞含量及百分比显著降低,红细胞、血红蛋白含量,红细胞压积显著升高;在此基础上再给予酒精灌胃,上述参数恢复至正常水平,但血沉显著升高.结果提示部分剥夺小鼠睡眠能抑制其免疫能力并可导致血液浓缩;而在此基础上再给予适量酒精灌胃可上调机体的免疫能力,但此时机体处于血沉加快的病理状态中. In this study, we used multiple platform method to partially deprive sleep of mice, then investigated the effect of alcohol on blood routine parameters and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the mice. Our results showed that after sleep deprivation, the white blood cell content, lymphocyte content and lymphocyte proportion of the mice decreased significantly, and the red blood cell content, hemoglobin volume, hematocrit increased significantly; after intragastric administration with alcohol plus partial sleep deprivation, the parameters above recovered to normal, but the erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased obviously. The results demonstrated that partial sleep deprivation could inhibit immune function and maybe lead to concentrate the blood of the mice; after intragastric administration with alcohol plus partial sleep deprivation, the immune function of the mice would recover in some degree, but the same time the body was on the pathologic state with erythrocyte sedimentation rate increased.
