Improved Gel Electrophoretic Method for DetectingSerum Ceruloplasmin with P-pheny lenediamine

介绍一种改进的检测血清铜蓝蛋白（ＣＰ）的方法：不连续淀粉——琼脂糖混合凝胶电泳分离ＣＰ，利用其氧化酶活性使盐酸对苯二胺氧化，形成的紫兰色产物沉积于凝胶板上ＣＰ相应位置，可直接观察ＣＰ量的变化。通过对一例Ｗｉｌｓｏｎ氏家族ＣＰ的测定。

 Here is presented an improvde electrophoretic method in this article for detecting ceruloplasmin(CP) in serum.CP can be isolated from serum by using starch-agarose gel electrophoresis,with oxidase activity of CP oxidizing p-phenylenediamine,purple-blue matter is deposited where CP exists,so that the changes in CP content can be observed directly.CP content of f Wilson-diseaes family was determined to study the clinical significance and application value of this method.
