摘要
气动钢带捆扎机在使用过程中,时有发生锁紧力不足、锁扣不紧、夹钳爪头崩断等现象。文章为此建立了捆扎机的锁紧机构动力学模型,分析了锁紧力的影响因素、锁紧机构的输出力及其增力倍数以及钢扣挤压变形的动态受力状况,应用ADAMS进行了动力学仿真,得到了锁紧机构的动态性能变化规律,为锁紧机构设计及其正确使用提供了依据。
There have been occurred as inadequate locking force or locking clamp breakdown when the puenmatic sealing tools in use, thus established the dynamics model of sealing tools' locking applied to analyze the influence factors on the locking force 、output locking force,force multiplier, as well as the dynamic situation of steel locker extrusion; dynamics simulation were applied based on ADAMS, to obtain the variation rule of locking mechanism' dynamic performance which provided the basis for the proper use and optimum design of pneumatic sealing tools.
