摘要 HFFT(高频疲劳试验机)是一种金属材料试验机,用于测定金属及其合金在室温状态下拉伸、压缩的疲劳性能。而对高频疲劳试验机进行分布式数据采集及处理是为了让用户能更直接、清晰的了解和掌握试验的进展,有助于用户做出相应正确的操作。文章以高频疲劳试验机为对象,使用LabVIEW 8.5作为开发工具,采用虚拟仪器技术、RS232串口通讯技术和SQL2007数据库技术,开发了基于虚拟仪器技术及RS232串口通讯的HFFT分布式数据采集、处理系统。 High frequency fatigue tester is a kind of metal material testers applied to test the fatigue performance of drawing, compressing of metal material and its alloy in room temperature condition. The research on HFFT (High Frequency Fatigue Testing) distributed data of collection and handling can help the client understand and master the status of tester more easily and clearly, and do the correspondent right operation. The paper took high frequency fatigue testing system as the studied object, LabVIEWS. 5 as developed tool, adopted virtule instrument technique, RS232 serial communication and SQL2007 databank technique, thus developed a new HFFT distributed data collection and handling system based on virtual instrument and RS-232 serial communieation.
