Manufacturing Execution System Oriented to Spinning Workshop in Textile Enterprise

摘要 针对纺织厂细纱车间在生产管理方面的实际需求,结合数据库技术、网络技术、通信技术和总线技术,开发了一种主从式的系统体系结构,根据实际需求对车间的业务数据流程进行了分析,并对多Agent的生产调度模型进行了研究,还对系统的主要模块功能、通信协议、制造执行系统与ERP系统的集成技术以及数据库的安全性进行了详细介绍。实践表明,系统实现了细纱车间从计划、生产、监测、调度到统计分析的网络化管理。 Focusing on the actual requirements of production management of spinning workshop in textile factory, combining with database, internet, communication and CAN, a manufacturing execution system is developed for spinning workshop of the textile enterprise, which is based on C/S mode, through analyzing the basinese data process of workshop and studying on multi-agent production dispatch model. Main modules "functions, communication protocol, integration techniques of MES and ERP, and database safety design are especially introduced. As verified by practice, the system functions realize networking management of spinning workshop from plan, production, monitoring, dispatch to statistics and analysis.
