CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂乙烯催化还原烟气脱硝试验研究

摘要 介绍了采用乙烯作为还原剂、以CuO/γ-Al2O3作催化剂催化脱氮的工艺。首先用浸渍法制备了CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂,探讨了负载量、培烧条件对催化剂活性的影响。其次研究了催化反应温度、气体空速等对NO的催化还原反应的影响。试验结果表明,CuO/γ-Al2O3催化剂的CuO最佳负载量为18%。 Introduced the denitration technology of selective catalytic reduction that ethytenee as reducer and CuO/γ-Al2O3 as catalyst. First, Preparated CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst by macerate method, probe into the effect of CuO loading of CuO/γ-Al2O3 catalyst and roast temperature on NO conversion. Scedon, Researched the effect to NO selective catalytic reduction on temperature and velocity. This test indicates that the highest NO conversion was achieved over 18wt% CuO/γ-Al2O3 at lower temperatures, the temperature for catalyst calcination on the NO reaction activity showed that the fitting temperatures were 300℃ and 400℃.
