摘要
污泥脱水是污泥处理中重要的一环。以我国北方地区某城市生活污水处理厂浓缩后污泥为例,在结合实验室小试以及现场实际运行的基础上,探讨了在不同污泥浓度、污泥温度、药剂浓度、药剂温度及污泥有机份条件下对污泥脱水絮凝剂投加量的影响。结果表明:当污泥浓度在一定范围内时。可以达到较稳定的处理效果,若污泥浓度增加过高,则投配率上升,且处理效果变差。污泥温度升高,处理效果改善,夏季运行时的絮凝剂投加量小于冬季。药剂温度对投配率的影响不大,药剂浓度则应根据实际情况配制在一定浓度范围内使用.一方面达到较好的处理效果,另一方面节省药剂投加量。污泥有机份对投配率影响较大,有机份升高,投配率增大。
The dehydration of sludge was the important process of the dispose of sludge. With the thickened sludge of urban domestic sewage treatment plant in northern china as example, on the basis of lab experiment combined with field practical operation, the effect of dosing quantity of flocculant in sludge dewatering in the different conditions of sludge concentration, sludge temperature, reagent concentration, reagent temperature and organic composition had been discussed. The results showed that sludge concentration controlled within certain range could achieve better treatment effect. If sludge concentration increased too high, dosing ratio raise and treatment effect became worse. Sludge temperature in- creasing could improve treatment effect. The amount of floeeulant in summer was lower than winter. Reagent temperature had little influence on dosing ratio. Reagent concentration used in actual situation was certain range, on the one hand had better treatment effect, on the other hand save the amount of reagent. Organic composition of sludge had great influence on dosing ratio, which increases with organic composition.
