武汉市规划环评试点工作分析与探讨

Analyse and Discussion on the Pilot Work of Wuhan Planning Environmental Impact Assessment

在全面落实科学发展观和大力建设两型社会的同时，武汉市争取成为了首批全国规划环评的试点城市。文章通过对武汉市作为首批全国规划环评试点城市所编制的11项规划环评报告及工作过程的简要剖析，总结出8条开展规划环评工作的成果以及6项工作特点，并对开展规划环评工作中所遇到的难点和问题进行了分析，同时对进一步完善规划环评工作提出了具体的建议。

While thoroughly applying the scientific outlook on development and strongly constructing Two--oriented society, Wuhan has become the first pilot city of the National Planning Environmental Impact Assessment . The paper briefly anatomises eleven items of Planning Environmental Impact Assessment report and the working process, summarizes eight pieces of fruits and six items of iob characteristics of the Planning Environmental Impact Assessment, analyses the difficulties and problems in the process of Planning Environmental Impact Assessment, puts forward concrete proposals towards perfecting the Planning Environmental Impact Assessment.
