摘要
本文介绍了新研制的细纱机钢领磨抛设备特点和工作原理,并对磨料、磨液进行了优选;对磨抛后的钢领表面形态作了检测。从实际使用效果说明,这种磨抛方法优于传统的水磨钢领。
It is introduced here the properties and working principles of a newly deve-loped polishing equipment for rings of spinning frame, the optimization of thepolishing material and liquid as well as the examination of the polished ringsurface. The practical operation effects have proved that this polishing methodis superior to the conventional one with waterstones.
