摘要
目的··：观察小剂量Ｂｕｐ片在定期随诊、心理诱导、家庭监护情况下，对海洛因依赖者脱毒后巩固治疗的影响。方法··：选择９０例经过脱毒治疗的病例，随机分成观察组和对照组，两组病例数均为４５例，全程１２周，观察组于前４周每天加用Ｂｕｐ片０．２ｍｇ，每周７片，每例平均２０．４片，共４．０８ｍｇ。结果··：第４、８周的复吸率两组差异有显蓍性。第１２周差异无显著性。结论··：小剂量Ｂｕｐ片对巩固治疗有一定意义，如适量加大Ｂｕｐ剂量、延长服用时间。
Objective:to observe the effect of small dose buprenorphine (Bup) maintenance in the treatment of heroin addicts. Method: 90 selected cases who had undertaken detoxification in Rida Hospital were divided into observation group and control group at random. Each case in the observation group was given Bup 0.2 mg·d-1 (one tablet), no more than 7 tablets a week were applied during the first 4 weeks. On average each case took Bup totally 4.08 mg(20.4 tablets).Result:there was a significant difference between the two groups in the relapse rate at the 4th and 8th week but no apparent difference at the 12th week. Conclusion: use of small dose of Bup has positive effect in drug abstinence maintenance. Moderate addition of Bup and prolong the period of Bup administration will further reduce relapse rate.
