摘要
目的:观察眼挫伤患者的眼血流动力学变化。方法:应用彩色多普勒检测50例(100只眼)正常人和30例(34只眼)眼挫伤患者的视网膜中央动脉(CRA)及睫状后动脉(PCA)的血流参数。测定收缩期峰值速度(Vmax)、舒张末期血流速度(Vmin)及阻力指数(RI)。结果:①眼挫伤组CRA和PCA的Vmax均大于正常人组(P<0.05),其RI值均高于正常人组(P<0.01)。②眼挫伤急性期和恢复期的CRA血流参数有差异:恢复期Vmax降低、Vmin增高(P<0.05),RI降低(P<0.01)。结论:眼挫伤患者的CRA和PCA血流参数均有明显变化,急性期与恢复期CRA呈现不同的改变。提示眼挫伤患者眼供血不足,尤以急性期为重。
To investigate ocular hemodymics in ocular contusion with color Doppler imaging,thirty patients (34 eyes)with ocular contusion and 50 normal subjects(100 eyes) were studied The peak systolic velocity (Vmax),the end diastolic velocity(Vmin) and the resistance index(RI) of the central retinal artery (CRA) and the posterior ciliary artery (PCA) were measured We found that:(1)Compared with the normal subjects,the patients with ocular contusion showed an increase in Vmax and RI of CRA and PCA (P<0 05,P<0 01) (2)All blood flow parameters of CRA in the patient group showed significant diffe rence between acute period and renewal period:The patients in the renewal period of ocular contusion showed a decrease in Vmax(P<0 05),an increase in Vmin (P<0 05) and a decrease of RI (P<0 01) in CRA compared with those in the acute period The blood flow parameters of CRA and PCA in the patients with ocular contusion presented obvious changes,but those changes of CRA in the renewal period of ocular contusion were different from those in the acute period The data obtained suggested that the ocular blood flow of the patients with ocular contusion was in short supply,especially in the acute period,but it increased in the renewal period
