3～9个月胎龄胎儿眼球直肌超微结构的研究

本文通过对３～９个月胎龄胎儿眼球直肌超微结构的初步研究，发现３～９个月胎龄胎儿眼球直肌的肌纤维在电镜下分为两种类型，即快纤维和慢纤维。且两种纤维处于不同状态，快纤维多处于舒张状态，而慢纤维多处于收缩状态。上直肌中以快纤维为主，内直肌中以慢纤维为主。３个月时，胎儿即有完整的Ｚ线，其中快纤维表现出一条双Ｚ线。同时随着胎龄增长，线粒体、内质网亦增多，并可见吞饮小泡。
