3~9个月胎龄胎儿眼球直肌超微结构的研究

摘要 本文通过对3~9个月胎龄胎儿眼球直肌超微结构的初步研究,发现3~9个月胎龄胎儿眼球直肌的肌纤维在电镜下分为两种类型,即快纤维和慢纤维。且两种纤维处于不同状态,快纤维多处于舒张状态,而慢纤维多处于收缩状态。上直肌中以快纤维为主,内直肌中以慢纤维为主。3个月时,胎儿即有完整的Z线,其中快纤维表现出一条双Z线。同时随着胎龄增长,线粒体、内质网亦增多,并可见吞饮小泡。 recti of 3~9 month human embryos were studied with electronmicroscopy The results showed two different fiber types Resembling theskeletal muscle fiber was the fibrillinstruktur,the other the felderstruktur In superior recti,the fibrillenstruktur fiber was major fiber,and contrary to medial recti Felderstruktur fiber was contracting,and fibrillinstruktur fiber dilating The recti of 3 months had the complete Z line,and the fibrillenstruktur fiber had the double Z lines Mitochondria,endosplasmic reticulum increased with the ages of fetuses and musclestallite cell could be seen near the fiber
