摘要
对42例男性糖尿病患者测定了血清25羟维生素D3(25OHD3)和完整骨钙素(IBGP)、尿羟脯氨酸(HOP)和Ⅰ型胶原交联C末端肽(Crosslaps)。结果:①Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血清25OHD3水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05),而Ⅰ型糖尿病患者与对照组比较无显著性差异。②糖尿病患者的IBGP均低于对照组,并有显著性差异(P<0.01)。③糖尿病患者的尿HOP和Crosslaps均高于对照组,有显著性差异(P分别<0.05和<0.01)。由此提示:男性糖尿病患者的骨代谢异常表现是体内维生素D处于缺乏状态,骨形成和骨转换减低,骨吸收增强。
In order to investigate the characteristics of bone metabolism in diabetic men, the levels of serum 25 OHD3, IBGP and urine HOP (Hydroxyproline), Crosslaps (type Ⅰ collagen cross-linked Ctelopeptide) were determined in 42 diabetic men. The results demonstrated that the levels of serum 25OHD, in type 2 diabetes group, levels of serum IBGP in both tyPe 1 and type 2 diabetes groups were lower than that in normal controls. The levels of urine HOP and Crosslaps in both diabetic groups were higher than that in normal. The data suggest that the manifestations of abnormal bone metabolism in diabetic men are due to the lack of VitD, low bone formation and turnover, increase of bone resorption.
