摘要
目的:以海藻酸钠材料作为罗红霉素的释放载体制备微胶囊缓释体系,并对其进行体外释放性能的测定。方法:通过锐孔-干燥浴法进行包封。结果:微胶囊产品平均粒径为500μm,载药量在26%左右,包封率可达到55%左右,在8h后药物体外释放基本完全。结论:制备的罗红霉素微胶囊产品具有较好的缓释效果。
OBJECTIVE Roxithromycin were mictocapsuled by using Alginate as core material. The release in vitro of microcapsulation product were studied. METHOD The technics of microcapsulation was sealed by using vigor finestra - drying bath. RESULT The size of particles was around 500um, The encapsulation rate was around 26%. The drug content was around 55% , The release time ingredient in the pellets of active was around 8h. CONCLUSION The sustained releasing efficiency of microcapsulation product is higher
