舒芬太尼和罗哌卡因硬外麻醉在子宫切除术中的应用

The clinical observation on sufentanil/roivacaine by epidural anesthesia in analgesia surgery

目的:探讨应用舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉在子宫切除手术中的应用效果,以积累临床经验,指导治疗工作。方法:选取200例行择期子宫切除的手术患者,随机分为两组,观察组(100例)应用舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因进行硬膜外麻醉,对照组(100例)单纯应用罗哌卡因进行硬膜外麻醉。观察手术过程中血流动力学的变化、感觉阻滞情况及麻醉效果。结果:观察组与对照组患者手术中收缩压、舒张压及心率变化均平稳。观察组感觉阻滞起效时间快、麻醉平面高、达到最高平面的时间短;观察组麻醉效果明显优于对照组。结论:对子宫切除术的患者应用舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因行硬膜外麻醉,效果理想,适合在临床应用。

Purpose： To investigate the curatiev effect of sufentanil/roivacaine by epidural anesthesia in analgesia surgery, for accumulating clinical experience in directing the clinical work. Methods： The observation included 200 patients with analgesia surgery. These cases were divided into two groups. The observation group（100 cases） were maintained snfentanil and roivacaine by epidural infusion. The control group（ 100 cases） were maintained roivacaine. The hemodynamics, sensation block and anesthesia effect were observed in two groups. Results ： The hemodynamies were stable in the observation group and control group. The effect of anesthesia was better in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusions： The anesthesia are stable by snfentanil/roivaeaine epidural infusion, should be recommended in patients with analgesia.
