超细胃镜在食管狭窄并复杂瘘道扩张中的应用

The Application of Supermicro-gastroscope in the Narrow Esophagus and Complicated Fistula

目的:探讨超细胃镜在食管狭窄并复杂瘘道患者行扩张治疗中的价值。方法:对12例食道癌并复杂瘘道行常规胃镜及盲插导丝法均失败的患者,应用超细胃镜直视下留置导丝进行扩张治疗。结果:12例均成功应用超细胃镜通过肿瘤狭窄处,并留置导丝进行狭窄扩张。结论:超细胃镜由于外径超细,镜身柔软,对通过食管狭窄并复杂瘘道具有应用优势。

objective：To make an approach to the value of supermicro - gastroscope used for the expansion treatment on the patiences with narrow esophagus and complicated fistula. Methods ： To apply the dilatation treatment by supermicro - gastroscope and desulfurization vision insertion method on 12 esophagus cancer inpatients who had failed in the regular gastroscope method nor the blind insertion method. Results ： For the 12 operations, the supermicro - gastroscope got through the narrow part of cancer and carried out the dilatation by the wire insertion. Conclusions ： Supermicro - gastroscope takes an obvious advantage to get through the narrow esophagus and complicated fistula bacause of its super thin out diameter and soft body.
