改良Halo-Vest架在颈椎外科的应用

The application of modified HaloVest frame in the cervical spinal surgery

目的：提高Ｈａｌｏ－Ｖｅｓｔ架复位功能。方法：将传统的Ｈａｌｏ－Ｖｅｓｔ架头环与架子接板的双螺丝改为单螺丝，使不能伸屈的头环变为能够伸屈；将头环与接板的咬合面设计成扇形并且有放射状条纹，使头环能牢固地固定在任何一个伸屈角度上。结果：通过对２５例病人的治疗观察，复位率１００％，一次复位成功率８８％。结论：改良Ｈａｌｏ－Ｖｅｓｔ架在传统Ｈａｌｏ－Ｖｅｓｔ架坚强牵引固定作用基础上，改善了复位功能。

Objective:To improve the reductive function of HaloVest frame.Method:Changed the two screws on the contact plate of the HaloVest to one screw,so that the HaloVest can fit extensionflexion movement and adapt the reduction of cervical spinal dislocation.Simultaneously,in order not to reduce the fixed funtion of the contact plate,which was designed in fanshape.Since the radial streak of the contact plate,the HaloVest can firmly fix at any extensionflexion angle.Result:After gave an treatment,overall curative rate is 100%,single operation cure rate is 88%.Conclusion:The improved HaloVest frame gives better curative function compare to the traditional one.
