摘要
目的:提高Halo-Vest架复位功能。方法:将传统的Halo-Vest架头环与架子接板的双螺丝改为单螺丝,使不能伸屈的头环变为能够伸屈;将头环与接板的咬合面设计成扇形并且有放射状条纹,使头环能牢固地固定在任何一个伸屈角度上。结果:通过对25例病人的治疗观察,复位率100%,一次复位成功率88%。结论:改良Halo-Vest架在传统Halo-Vest架坚强牵引固定作用基础上,改善了复位功能。
Objective:To improve the reductive function of HaloVest frame.Method:Changed the two screws on the contact plate of the HaloVest to one screw,so that the HaloVest can fit extensionflexion movement and adapt the reduction of cervical spinal dislocation.Simultaneously,in order not to reduce the fixed funtion of the contact plate,which was designed in fanshape.Since the radial streak of the contact plate,the HaloVest can firmly fix at any extensionflexion angle.Result:After gave an treatment,overall curative rate is 100%,single operation cure rate is 88%.Conclusion:The improved HaloVest frame gives better curative function compare to the traditional one.
