Prilliminary Test of Chemical Components for Pouzolzia zeylanica(L.) Benn

目的:通过预试验,初步探索水麻秧的化学成分。方法:采用试管法,对水麻秧的石油醚、水、95%乙醇提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,初步推断水麻秧中可能含有的化学成分。结果:通过预试验,提示水麻秧中可能含有糖、有机酸、生物碱类、酚类、香豆素与萜类内酯、强心苷、植物甾醇、三萜类等化学成分。结论:此试验为进一步进行该植物的生物活性成分研究提供了实验基础。

Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Pouzolzia zeylanica （L.） Benn. by preliminary test. Methods： The extracted mixture of Pouzolzia zeylanica （ L. ） Benn. from petroleum ether, purified water and 95% ethanol were studied by test tube method. The chemical constituents of Pouzolzia zeylanica （ L. ） Benn. was primarily demonstrated by precipitation reaction or colorreaction with various indicator. Results： The priliminary test indicated that Pouzolzia zeylanica （ L. ） Benn. may contain chemical constituents such as sugars, Acids, Volatile oil, Grease, Alkaloids, phenols, coumarins, Terpene lactones, Cardiac glycosides, Phytosterols triterpenoid. Conclusion： The results of priliminary test provide evidence for further study of the chemical compositions and biological activities of the Pouzolzia zeytanica （ L. ） Benn.
