With some trials,an interrelated formula is set up for the heavier point andamplitude of cylinder to provide a reference for the adjustment of inertia bala-nce of cylinder and the determination of balancing weight; through the princ-iples of vector analysis, some methods are given out for the decision of thelighter point as well as the determination and adjustment of some serious unba-lance of the cylinder.
