电子根尖测定仪在后牙根管治疗中的应用

摘要 目的:通过观察分析电子根尖测定仪在后牙根管治疗中的应用,评价电子根尖测定仪用于后牙根管治疗的临床可行性。方法:临床诊断为牙髓坏死和急、慢性根尖周炎的后牙多根管病例,共65例患者,35例采用电测法与30例X线照片法完成根管治疗的患牙进行临床疗效比较分析。结果:随访3-6个月,两组治疗方法在充填结果上,电测法为93.7%;X线片为93.8%,在治疗效果上治疗组有效率为94.3%,对照组为93.3%,无显著差异。结论:电测法应用于后牙根管治疗中与普通X线法效果无显著差异,电测法具有操作简便、经济、实用,避免X线照射等诸多优点,值得临床推广使用。
